Hot Apple Mint Tea

Hot Apple Mint Tea
(makes 5 servings)

1 1/2 cups apple cider

5 tea bags or 5 tsp. loose tea

2 Tbsp. chopped frest mint or 1 tsp. dried mint

2 1/2 cups water
1. In a medium saucepan, bring apple cider and water to a rolling boil.

2. Remove from heat and add tea and mint. Let steep 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Stir. Pour tea through a fine strainer and serve.
